& Moderation
We provide 24/7, 16/7 or 8/7 community support to help the project maintain fast and effective communication with its members.
The support team is continuously working on increasing the project awareness, informing community members about all project news and announcements, engaging new members in deeper communication and building authentic relationships.
The point of our approach is that support managers answer the requests within 3 to 5 minutes, creating a strong sense of assurance in community members.
